Physical Education and fitness requires students to use the decision making process by selecting appropriate physical activities, and to achieve a higher level of fitness for themselves.
Fitness skills will help students to develop an appreciation for sports and activities through out their lives and hopefully to pass on this appreciation to others. Remember, that many games are life-long activities.
It is also important to remember that communication, social skills, good attitudes, are important parts of physical education class. One of our main goals is to have FUN!
